Master Cruz started Tae Kwon Do in 1989 at age 10 under Grandmaster Chong Hyon Chay, earning his 4th Dan with him. After moving to Central Wisconsin to raise a family, he trained and tested alongside Master Nathan Halama and now holds the rank of 6th Dan. Tae Kwon Do gave him confidence, integrity and a sense of purpose, and he wants every student at Legacy to leave with the skills to become a source of inspiration and leadership in their community.
